1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

    A: We are a Chinese manufacture of steel pipes with both factories and trading companies.

2. Q: Can I get samples before order ?
    A: Yes, of course. Usually our samples are free. we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

3. Q: What is your delivery time ?
    A: The time of delivery is usually around 1 week. The exact delivery time depends on order quantity and inventory.

         We can send out in 3 days if it has stock.

4. Q: What is your payment terms?
    A: Our usual payment term is T/T or 30% deposit, and rest against B/L. L/C is also acceptable.

5. Q: What do your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: We have gained ISO, CE，authentication. From material to products, we inspect each process to keep good quality.

6. Q: How can you ensure what I got will be good ?
    A: Alibaba will act as our guarantor. If the product fails the inspection before leaving the factory, you can refuse to 

        accept the goods.

7. Q: How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?
    A: We keep good quality and competitive price to ensure our customers benefit ; We respect every customer as our friend
